An appeal has gone out to help find a missing man.
The man, who police have named as “Shuraim”, was last seen on Heywood Road, Prestwich on Sunday evening.
Officers have now appealed for anyone who may have seen him or who may know where he is to come forward.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “Shuraim is described as an Asian male, around five feet tall, of a medium build, with black spiked up hair.
“He is believed to be wearing a navy-blue hoodie, with light blue shorts and black sliders.
“Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Shuraim and want to make sure he is safe and well.”
An image released by police shows a young man with black hair, wearing what appears to be a cream-coloured top.
Police often share appeal like these to help them find people who have gone missing and to encourage the public to help them with their investigations.
Anyone who may have seen Shuraim or who has any other information about him or about his whereabouts can call police on 0161 856 8042 or 101.
Members of the public have been advised to always call 999 in the event of an emergency as soon as it is safe to do so.
