A pilates studio company set up by three sisters is promising a "lifestyle destination" as it takes on space once used by a former Masterchef contestant.
YOU Mind, Body and Soul (MBS) will open its new premises on Bury New Road in Prestwich later this month.
The company was set up by sisters Samantha, Ellie and Mia, who launched the YOU brand in 2022 and will make the Prestwich studio their flagship branch.
They have an award-winning salon in Whitefield and another pilates studio in the same town, and will open bookings for the Prestwich studio this weekend.
Expert instructors will lead classes and the premises have two workout rooms offering reformer Pilates, mat, barre, and chair classes.
There will also be a dedicated wellness lounge and the facilities are aimed at "creating a safe and supportive environment where women and the wider community can thrive".

Director Samantha Spencer added: "YOU isn’t just about hair, movement or wellness – it’s about creating spaces where people feel confident, supported and part of something special.
"From our salon to our studios, every part of YOU has been built with community and connection at its heart.
"As sisters, we bring our different strengths together, support each other every step of the way, and pour that same energy into everything we create."
Whitefield will remain the home of YOU MBS's intimate reformer studio, while the Prestwich expansion represents a "bigger, bolder flagship where movement meets lifestyle, fitness and community under one roof," the sisters said.
They are taking over the site of OSMA, a Scandi-inspired restaurant which was co-owned by Masterchef participant Dani Heron and Sofie Stoermann-Nas.

The restaurant opened in 2020 and boasted a menu changing weekly and using seasonal ingredients, a "small yet refined" cocktail list, and described itself as "Oslo meets Manchester".
However, it closed its doors in Prestwich in February this year and relocated to Manchester.
The eatery said at the time it struggled to find experienced staff and needed a move because its co-owners had "little to no personal life".
It now runs pop-up events and most recently partnered with Kampus in the city centre.
Dani appeared in MasterChef: The Professionals in 2024.
