Residents living in a Bury borough street are starting the week £1,000 richer after their postcode was drawn in a daily lottery.
Those living on Crow Lane in Ramsbottom and who have a ticket for the People’s Postcode Lottery can celebrate Monday morning with a smile after their postcode – BL0 9BR – was announced as a winner.
The win is part of the lottery's daily prize alongside 19 other postcodes in the country.
The People's Postcode Lottery manages lotteries for 20 charities, with each one having one draw a month.
The lottery supports "a wide range of charities and good causes across Britain and around the world".
To date, it has provided more than £1.1 billion in funding, which is helping thousands of organisations and projects.
The results of the daily prize draws can be found on the People's Postcode Lottery website.
