A teenage indie band are set to take to the stage for their biggest-ever headline show.
Shoehorn, made up of young musicians from Ramsbottom, Tottington, Summerseat, and Edenfield, will play at the Deaf Institute in Manchester on Friday, June 26.
The band, aged 15 to 18, has already played almost 50 live gigs and earned praise for their 'hard graft' and 'passion' for music.
In 2024, they won the regional heat for Bury Battle of the Bands and went on to win the overall competition for Manchester, performing original indie rock music at Academy 2.
A spokesperson for the five-piece said: "Their life is music, they have such a passion for perfecting their craft, rehearsing, writing new music and performing live.
"They put in so much hard graft in the hope in the future their talent and music is recognised to take them to the next phase."
The Deaf Institute show marks a major milestone for the band.
It is the same stage recently played by Cruz Beckham.
The oldest member of the band will begin studying at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) in September, while the youngest is currently completing his GCSEs.
