Tottington's Big Day Out is set to return next month with six bands on its line-up.

The community festival on Sunday, July 5, will be held at Tottington St John's Cricket Club on Beryl Avenue.

The line-up will feature six local bands, Funkstarr, Appy Mondays, Mcr Made, The Southern Rock Band, Rusty Strings, and the Bone Shakers.

There will also be a variety of stalls, a full bar, and a children's zone with an inflatable castle, play areas, and more.

A range of food options, including BBQ, fish and chips, pizza, and ice cream, will also be available.

The event will run from noon until 6pm.

Admission costs £3 for adults, £2 for under-16s, and is free for pre-school children.

Festival-goers are asked not to bring barbecues, gazebos, or glass items onto the field.

A spokesperson said: "Thank you to all our volunteers, sponsors, and you for attending!"

Last year's event saw packed crowds fill the cricket field for the day that had something for everybody.
