A Prestwich woman has spoken of her heartbreak as it nears five months since she last saw her missing kitten.
Jody Hough last saw her beloved tabby cat named Bueno on March 13 this year in the Heywood Gardens area.
The 21-year-old suspects her feline friend may have nudged a window open and escaped.
Carer Jody says the last lead she had was five months ago, on the day her pet went missing, when a woman said she had seen Bueno near Costa in Prestwich.

But to Jody’s dismay, when she arrived, there was no sign of her then five-month-old kitten that she had had since he was eight weeks old.
However, she has not given up hope that her kitten will be found and now, some five months later, she is urging everybody in the local area to keep an eye out for Bueno.
He's described as having four white paws, with one half of his face tabby and the other white.
He also has a white chest and green eyes, and said the search will continue for the cat.
Jody said: "I felt awful when I realised he was missing.
"I still feel awful now, because there’s not much more that you can do when you’ve done literally everything.

"Apart from keep looking.
"It’s just heartbreaking, because it’s not knowing as well."
She is offering a £100 reward for the person who finds Bueno and has plastered missing posters all over her local area with the contact number 07897530957.
Jody said she has sadly had prank callers ringing her up to meow down the phone at her.
She said: "It just made me feel a bit crap.

"So, I just ended the phone and blocked the number."
Bueno will now be around nine months old, so he is likely to be a larger cat now.
Jody said the week before he went missing Bueno was microchipped and neutered.
She is urging anybody who might find a cat that could be Bueno, to take the animal to a vet so the chip can be read.
