A TEENAGER charged with assaulting a special constable spent his 18th birthday in court.
Dominic Weston, of Woodhill Fold, Bury, appeared at Bury Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with causing actual bodily harm. Two other boys, aged 16 and 17, also appeared in court in connection with the attack on 21-year-old special constable Daniel Morris in Peel Street, Radcliffe, on June 27.
The case was adjourned until July 21. All three were granted bail.
