A BURY woman fears there could be a sinister element to the disappearance of six neighbourhood cats within a short period.
Michelle Barlow’s own pet, Pudding, went missing along with three other cats on the same day from Redvales. And a further two have since disappeared from the same area..
The cat owner, who lives in Redvales Road, said: “We have put notices up, but none of the cats has been found. I feel there could be something sinister to account for the missing pets. For all we know, it could be someone who hates cats. I just think it strange that none of the six have been seen since.”
Her own cat is described as a two-year-old black male, with very round yellow eyes and wearing a gold collar.
