Like many pensioners, my friend and I have the time and opportunity to research our background.
In particular, we are interested in the stretch of the Irwell valley that runs from Blackford Bridge to the Bridge in Radcliffe.
An important feature of that part of the valley was the Theodore St Just factory standing at the confluence of the River Irwell and the River Roch.
We are finding it difficult to gather information about the Theodore St Just factory and would welcome any information from people that worked there or know people who did.
