BURY police’s crime prevention trailer will be sited at the Market Hall entrance each Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, beginning next week.
Visitors are encouraged to pop in for winter safety advice and officers will be distributing free purse alarms. The initiative has been funded by Bury Market’s management, traders and BurySafe, in conjunction with Greater Manchester Police.
