THERE’S going to be a real “buzz” at Bury Market!
The Bury Busy Bee community transport bus is due to land at the market tomorrow and the same day the following week to promote the service and to encourage more people to get on board.
The bus offers local people the opportunity of group travel.
Bury Community Transport was developed by the local authority and Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive (GMPTE)and began operating in July 2007 and more than 60 groups and organisations use the service.
The Bury Busy Bee Bus will be on the “Golden Mile” by the Market Square on both days between 9am and 4pm.
To use the Bury Busy Bee groups need to register with the operator by phoning 01204 393777, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
