VISITORS took a trip down memory lane at a vintage extravaganza in Tottington.
Old-fashioned cars, motorbikes and military vehicles were on show for the event at Tottington High School.
Alan Clayton showed off a 1935 Hudson Terraplane, which he bought 25 years ago and has fully restored, while Neville Cormack OBE, chairman of Cormar Carpets in Bury, exhibited his 1939 cream MG with Tickford body.
Ramsbottom’s Crocodile Joe exhibited his collection of stuffed snakes, reptiles and scorpions. The main school hall hosted stalls, including farmers’ preserves, handmade jewellery, Swarovski crystal, face painting and tombola.
Organisers said the event was a huge success and they hope to hold a vintage day next year.
