The residents of Bury have not forgotten that the Prime Minister constantly claimed that he had put an end to “boom and bust” economics.
That claim now rings very hollow — particularly with all those people who are now unemployed.
The reality is that far too much of public spending under Labour has been with money that we, as a country, simply did not have.
This is a deceit that we will all be paying the price of for years to come.
Government debt continues to rise at approaching £6,000 every single second.
It is this that is truly frightening for the residents of Bury — and why they want a change of Government.
