MAY I draw the attention of your Unsworth and Sunnybank readers to the fact that a revised planning application for the demolition and redevelopment of The Dragon Pub, Parr Lane, has been submitted which again includes a retail unit (superstore?).
Objections must be received at Bury MBC, Planning Services by December 21, 2009.
Please support the loyal and hardworking shopkeepers of Parr Lane, Sunnybank Road and The Pole by forwarding your comments by letter or online as soon as possible.
