I AM writing to give my opinion on the “new” second-hand toilets outside Radcliffe Market. Put simply, they are a disgrace.
They are already broken: one sink has an “out of use” sign on it, there are no facilities for drying hands, and the toilets are always dirty.
Compare what Radcliffe shoppers are offered against the new toilets in the Millgate shopping centre in Bury. Radcliffe always gets second best, and we deserve better.
