THE November meeting gave positive feed back on progress so far.
Walks for the next five months have been arranged. The theatre group will be attending their first show in January and other activities such as scrabble, art, history, different area of music are now grouped.
Charities and organisation have been approached for funding towards equipment such as projectors, microphone, etc, for use when the varied groups come together at the monthly meeting and share experiences and new ideas. At the next collective meeting a retired prison governor will speak about his experiences within his given field.
It has been decided that all future monthly meetings will be held at The Mosses, Cecil St, Bury.
There will be no December meeting. The next meeting will be on January 21, 2010 at 2pm.
