On Sunday March 4th Barbara McCormack led a 9 mile walk from Pennington Flash, a large lake, the result of mining subsidence, and now popular with anglers, sailors and walkers.
Our walk took us along the Glazebrook Trail through mainly arable farmland, with no hills but lots of clinging mud to make the going difficult in places.
