A pleasant Spring day on Mothering Sunday provided ideal conditions for joining either of two walks led by Bury Ramblers.
Alan Pilling led a 14 mile walk in the Settle area and Paul Tarry, deputizing for Derek Tomson, a shorter one round the West Pennine trio of reservoirs-Wayoh, Jumbles, and Entwistle. Here the paths were busy as families with children and dogs enjoyed the sunshine.
Tickets are still available for our coach trip to Baslow on April 1st, with a choice of three walks followed by a pub meal in Glossop. Contact Brian (0161 764 6009). For details of all our walks visit buryramblers.com JA Jim Ashton Publicity Officer Bury Ramblers.
