A young soap star has filmed his final scenes after nearly a decade on screen.
Harry Farr, who played Ollie Carter on the BBC soap EastEnders, is the latest cast member to depart the show.
He will leave alongside on-screen mother Kellie Bright and brother Charlie Suff.
He first took on the role of Ollie in 2020 and has remained part of the Carter family storyline ever since.
EastEnders' star Harry Farr set to leave BBC soap after 9 years.
His departure was confirmed by his mother, Laura, who shared the news on Instagram.
She said: "And that’s a wrap!
"Emotional ending after such a long time for him, but wow what an amazing experience (with some of the nicest people) he’s had."
Ms Bright confirmed her own exit from the soap earlier this year, prompting producers to write out the rest of her on-screen family.
Several cast changes have taken place recently, with Michelle Ryan and Sophie Khan Levy already departing and Pierre Counihan-Moullier set to leave soon.
EastEnders bosses have reintroduced Linda Carter’s other children, Lee and Nancy, to coincide with her impending departure.
Their departure will mark the end of the Carter family’s 13-year presence on the programme.
Harry Farr’s final scenes are reportedly set to air in the coming weeks.
Emmerdale and Corrie schedule change this week
In other soap news, ITV is changing the Emmerdale and Coronation Street TV schedules this week.
One of the Carabao Cup's fourth-round matches will disrupt the usual schedule for both soaps on Wednesday (October 28).
Liverpool will play against Chelsea at Anfield, and coverage will begin on ITV1 at 7.30pm.
Kick-off is at 8pm, meaning the match will run across both the usual Emmerdale and Corrie slots, which are 8pm and 8.30pm respectively.
