BURY striker Danny Rose is set to sign for Mansfield after undergoing a medical at the One Call Stadium.
The 22-year-old had fallen down the pecking order at Gigg Lane and started only 11 games last season.
Rose made 72 appearances since joining from Barnsley two years ago and was a vital component of the Shakers' League Two promotion-wining side in his maiden season.
He had one year remaining on his contract at Gigg Lane, but will now become the third forward to leave the club this summer, following the departures of Ryan Lowe and Daniel Nardiello.
