TOTTINGTON Sea Anglers from the Waggonmakers travelled to Conwy, north Wales last weekend to fish on the boat Gwen-Paul-M.
Ten members fished over an old sunken shipwreck about 175 metres below the surface.
It was a slow start at first then the group started to catch pollock, and as the day went on the fishing got better and better with at least 100 pollock boated.
Many fish were over the 10lb mark, the biggest falling to Piotr Pachulek who caught a 17lb pollock.
It took a couple of hours to fillet and bag the fish and everybody took plenty home after a fine day fishing with a good skipper.
