Radcliffe have signed experienced midfielder Dan Gardner following his promotion with Oldham Athletic.
The 35-year-old had been in talks with Latics with his current contract expiring at the end of this month.
But he has opted to make the move to the Neuven Stadium, penning an initial one-year deal with an option.
Gardner had two spells at Boundary Park, during which he made 149 appearances and scored eight goals.
"I’m buzzing to get it done," he told the club. "I’ve been really impressed when I’ve seen Radcliffe in the past and there’s a good group here with the managers.
"People I know speak highly of them, and I want to work with people like that who want to do well.
"I want us to finish as high as we can in the league and we need the supporters to get out in their numbers, hopefully we can give them a season to remember.’
A statement from Oldham Athletic added: “Everyone at Oldham Athletic would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Dan for his service over the years. We wish him every success for the future both on and off the pitch.”
