If approved, the two-storey home on Ringley Road will become a six-bedroom property for up to four children under the age of 18.
The plans submitted by Mr Habib of Titian Holdings Corporation Ltd show that there would be four full-time and two part-time employees providing 24-hour supervision.
There would be four private bedrooms for the young residents and a staff bedroom.
One of the existing en-suites would be removed to provide an additional, second staff bedroom and there is a driveway on the property with space for six cars.

Plans also include communal living, dining and kitchen areas, alongside a games room.
A planning document said: “The proposal supports the efficient reuse of existing housing stock to meet identified local care needs, without placing additional strain on local infrastructure or adversely impacting neighbouring properties.”
The application was validated last month, and the neighbour consultation expiry date is August 20, 2025.
At the time of writing, Bury Council had received 15 objections via email and post but the contents and nature of these are not made available to the public.
A decision date has not been set yet.
